[Hampshire] Skype PC Linux

Hi there ,
Is there any one using Skype with Linux.

I am currently using PC Linux and I am unable to successfully record my voice.

My sound card is working well, as I am using streamtuner and can hear the
radio without any problems.

I have checked Kmix and my mic is enabled. I am also aware that Skype does not
like Alsa drivers so I have changed to OSS drivers.
Would anyone be kind enough to give me some instructions, I have looked in
the forums with no luck.
