Ok tried that and got the following error

rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(977)
[sender=2.6.9]

According to the man page sode 23 is partial transfer due to error??

Basicly I got permission denied when it tried to copy the files or make any of
the directory. Now is this because www directory on the web server is only
root access drwxr-xr-x?
