Personally I wouldn't recomend pyvnc2swf for a couple of reasons. One,
it dumps to flash which "everyone" can't play. Ok, in a situation where
he is mailing to a load of windows users who probably have the flash
player installed, great, but he won't be able to share them with some
64-bit Linux users, and other OS users. You can't upload flash videos to
youtube/google to make them widely available. Finally the player is of
course closed which makes it evil.

Of course, the keen eyed amongst you will note that I upload my videos
to google video and this could be argued as hypocritical. However I
justify this in my own mind by making all videos available in OGG and
MPEG formats too. I can sleep at night :)
