I don't at this moment have access to the computer (I am at home and it is
chez its owner 11 miles away), so can't check the details, but no, it is not
in fact the case, since I was in error in supposing that Libranet 2.8.1 would
use woody because 3 uses sarge. 2.8.1 uses sarge, but with a 2.4 kernel. (3
uses sarge with the 2.6.11-ln.std kernel. Which presumably just means
2.6.11? The other is the answer to uname -r.)

But I'll try to remember to look. (I am currently practically sleepwalking so
shall be lucky if I can achieve the minimum on Friday, which is when I am
next there.)

Thanks for all the help Al - and everyone else too.
