[Hampshire] Warning for IPCop users

I know there a few IPcop user on here so a little warning.

Seems the latest update (1.4.14) breaks a few bits so you might want to hold
off updating. Fix (1.4.15) is expected later this week to repair the damage.

There a good bun fight going on on the mailing list at the moment :)
