Then something like this would work (but would create more
directories than may be necessary):
$ cd /home/admin/Marketing
$ find -type d -print0 | xargs -0 mkdir -p
$ find -type f -mtime 365 -exec mv "{}" "/mount/achieve/Marketing/{}"
