Yes luckily there's a linux server in use.
Does webmin do what you need?
I will look into webmin, though I have been quite wary of webmin in the past
due to it liking to write lots of data in config files.
You can tailor it to only show interfaces a user needs. But even that

A lot of the interface will be tailored but I'll be leaving documentation
behind for users.
