[Hampshire] Using Aptitude

In case anyone who normally uses aptitude from the command line but
hasn't done so recently there are some changes you might like to know
about.

'aptitude upgrade' is now deprecated, use 'aptitude safe-upgrade'
instead

you can still use aptitude dist-upgrade but aptitude full-upgrade is
preferred.

there are probably other changes so you'll need to look at the man
pages or apt documentation to see what has changed.

Can't see any reason for the changes in the Debian changelog. I
got the first warning not to use 'upgrade' only a couple of days ago.
