I installed Feisty and spend several hours trying to get the wifi
connected. Network Manager can see the access point but cannot get
beyond this stage. I've followed every how-to I can find on the
Broadcom 43xx chipset, tried with no encryption, WEP encryption and
WPA Personel, but no combination can actually pick up the network and
get an IP off the access point (Netgear 802.11b/g router).

Exactly the same story with Fedora 7.

One day I'll bring it along to a BaB with the access point and set
someone a challenge ;)
