Indeed, as this screenshot shows:-

Running Windows 95, 98, NT 4 Server, NT4 Workstation, Windows 2000 and
Windows XP at the same time on a machine with only one CPU with _no_
hardware assistance.

As you can see from the filename, it was taken nearly two years ago.
