Subject: [Hampshire] [Ad] Kit Offered Free and For Sale
I have a friend who is clearing out his spare room* and off-loading the
following kit:

First Machine:
Gateway Tower Case
Intel Pentium P-120 Processor
128Mb of 66MHz Memory clocked at 60MHz
680Mb/1.36Gb Tape Deck [and about 10 tapes]
3Com 10/100 Ethernet Card, 10BaseT
1st Generation Caddy Drive Slots [2]
Spare Caddy Cases [about 6]
Parallel-port Zip-100 + disks

This machine runs cool and quiet and is offered free of charge, with
the 'buyer' collecting from Barton-on-Sea in Hants.

Second machine:
1 x SuperMicro S750 Case
1 x SuperMicro 400W PSU
1 x QDI Brilliant Mk IV Motherboard
2 x Intel PII-450MHz Air-Cooled CPUs
4 x 256Mb Sticks of 133MHz RAM [1Gb Total]
1 x Matrox Millenium G400Max GPU 32Mb
1 x Plextor SCSI CD-ROM
1 x Plextor SCSI CD-RW
1 x Sony SDT9000 24Gb DAT Tape Deck [very fast for it's day, 100-115Mb/min]
1 x ATAPI Iomega Zip-100 Drive (fitted)
1 x Zip-250 (loose)
Selection of disks for the Iomega

This machine is being offered for £225 ONO. It is Debian/Ubuntu-friendly
and utterly stable, so will make a nice server for someone without
excessive throughput needs. Same address for collection as above.

Any enquiries *off-list* to me please. First come, first served as usual.

Sean

* to make room for new kit - good man!
