Last parcel I had via them, they failed to deliver because it was
"improperly addressed". When the bloke turned up the next day, he admitted
that someone had slung it on the van without bothering to scan it into his
log - so he found it at the end of the day...
Parcel Farce were entirely unrepentant. Bunch of copper nanotubes.
