[Hampshire] Broken PHPMyAdmin

Hi all,
I installed some updates on Ubuntu Gutsy the other night including some of the
PHP packages, and when I tried to use PHPMyAdmin the next day (it worked fine
before), I was presented with a blank page. If I try and access and of the
files below the root directory of PHPMyAdmin through my browser, it tries to
download it. However, other PHP scripts (in /home/mark/public_html) run fine,
and I can use MySQL through other tools without a problem. I couldn't find
anything on Google regarding this problem (although TBH i didn't really know
what to look for). Does anyone have any suggestions on what when wrong/how to
fix it?
