I saw this on ORG & got the email yesterday, it's a huge blow to music
innovation and will only serve to put reliance on music sharing
networks to discover new music. On a personal note I am unsurprised at
the attitude of the music licensing industry in this country. The PRS
have a weighted algorithm and if they had it their way every company
in the UK would be paying exact fee's for radios in the workplace.
