Hi Guys
I am using Debian Etch and Samba is Playing up
When I try and start Samba I am being greeted with the message Starting Samba daemons. nmbd failed!
I have tried restarting Samba but am getting the same message and I have uninstalled and reinstalled via aptitude
Currently as it's a fresh install the smb.conf has defaulted back to it's original state.
Help or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.
