Been interested in getting a dongle for awhile:

Vodafone I think has the best coverage and speeds. But it doesn't have
any PAYG plans... is that correct?
I imagine only using the dongle on odd occasions when I need to go to
London for a meeting/event or visiting my parents.
The E272 looks pretty good to me. My friend was getting 7mbit in
Romania with it. Are all the dongles roughly the same HSPDA speed?
