I'd be willing to bet the vast majority of Linux users don't:-
a) Install _any_ antivirus package
b) Update it and run it
c) Have any kind of on-access scanner

Hah! They _so_ do.
Video drivers, printer drivers, tv playback software, voip systems, games.
You might have sensible precautions on a linux system but in my
experience your average Linux user installs just as much crap as they
ever did on Windows.
