:-) Indeed.
I came home from work one day, with a plaster around my thumb. My wife
asked what I'd done. I said I'd drilled through my thumb. It wasn't as
bad as it sounds, since I'd only gone through a fleshy part. The
plaster was there merely to stop it catching on anything, and prevent
dirt getting in. Working in a manufacturing environment, there's plenty
of stuff that can be unpleasant, unfortunately. Being an office
worker, where scope for industrial accidents with drill presses, lathes
etc. is limited, her retort was "I got a nasty paper cut".
Although, IME, paper cuts hurt a lot more than a cut with a sharp blade.
