I running rsync to backup my home folder and I get lots of lines like this
2008/11/30 15:48:07 [23060] rsync:
mkstemp "/mnt/sdb1/homebackups/Mail/FreeUK/cur/.1199915670.24533.E0o4F:2,S.krvGCP"
failed: Invalid argument (22)
I have checked and .1199915670.24533.E0o4F:2,S.krvGCP is valid e-mail message
which I can open and can be read from the above link as a text file
The rsync command I am running is
rsync -av --exclude=/home/mit/download/ --delete --ignore-errors --log-file=/mnt/sdb1/homebackups/rsync_log /home/mit/ /mnt/sdb1/homebackups/
/mnt/sdb1 is a external usb drive
Can anybody shine some light on this please
