Lisi,

Krec and Krecord are different programs:

http://packages.debian.org/etch/krecord

http://packages.debian.org/etch/krec

I did a quick search on the debian website and it looks as if krecord is only
available for etch. It's therefore unlikely to be available in Ubuntu 9.04.
