I've got at least one at home that's got a lock switch on it. It
definitely works, too, because I've had a couple of occasions where
I've been unable to write to the key because I flipped the switch.

I'll try to remember to look at it this evening and tell you the
make/model (it's old and small). I may have another one with a lock
switch as well.
