I think Okular lacks more features than Evince.
I can't zoom in full screen which came as quite a surprise from the
KDE project .

http://okular.kde.org/ being the default document reader from
KDE4 was newly introduced in KDE4 so I expected it to be very usable .
I was so shocked that I didnt even care to file a bug .. also was
thinking that there should be a way to zoom in full screen . Maybe I
was not looking at the right place.
Most ironic thing is evince loads faster than okular on a KDE4 Desktop !!!
