Yeah it was working fine until I changed the processor heat sink and
fan. Now it's broke. I've checked the usual things I know: changed psu,
changed graphics card, unplugged everything except memory, keyboard and
graphics card. Unplugged the graphics card too. Unplugged memory as well.

It doesn't get anywhere in the boot sequence. Wel, that's not entirely
true, the power light on the mobo comes on. I think it's the mobo as it
doesn't emit any beep codes, even without memory. My dad thinks it's the
processor as we were changing the heat sink. Either way, I'm pretty sure
it's one or t'other.

Yeah, they're getting a bit old now. However the system worked fine for
what was required of it, so I thought if I could get a processor/mobo
cheap it might be worthwhile.
