Open Source is an evolving code base. I am using a copyleft (evolving
business plan) type approach.
Challenge response through this is a more flexible approach. I need 30K to
live, 100K will get the company a small premises. Nobody has any money so I
don't want to start laying down demands. The business is lightweight and
agile. An average coder is expected to write about 20 lines a day, a fast
coder much more.
I had the letter checked by a lawyer and we have a set of legal requirements
to consider as soon any anyone starts to talk to us, as will they.
I have even considered ebay as a sales platform, but perhaps that is too
pioneering?
