[Hampshire] Mains power switches

Hi,

Does anyone know of any devices that contain the following:
1) Ethernet over Mains Power cables.
2) Switches mains on/off via controls sent over TCP/IP.
3) That fit in a wall socket.
Nice to have:
1) Monitors the power usage.
2) Has low power mode whereby, it can respond to wake on LAN packets
or some other low power mode of operation.


This would give me the features of being able to switch the power of a
mains appliance on/off remotely without installing any extra cables.
