Sync-on-green (which for those who haven't come across it is a
method of using the green channel to carry the composite sync
signal (H&V combined) as well as picture data) went out of common
usage a long time ago, so I doubt you'd find any modern screens
support it. There are adapters around [1] but I can't comment on
thier capabilities as I haven't used them. Given the cost ($200), I
would think you'd need to have something pretty specialist which
emits SOG to make it worthwhile.
