I think we should encourage people of all ages to get involved, but
(with my boring hat on) we must make sure we don't run foul of any
tedious rules about parental consent, supervision of young people, CRB
checks etc., if youngsters turn up without a parent or guardian.
Does anyone have experience of those sorts of rules?
