Seasonal greetings to fellow LUGers!
Over Xmas I've had fun with a bit of genealogy, getting as far
back as 1800 quiet quickly using the freely available data from.
Find My Past
Ancestry.com
FreeBMD
building up my tree in GRAMPS.
Now to be sure I need to actually see the source documents, which
costs money and/or visits to the National Archives and so on.
Wondered if people had any opinion on which was best value, Find
My Past or Ancestry.com?
