Well, I did say "when they go pop". They've been runnnig Debian quite happily for some time now and I'm unlikely to change that
in the short term.

My reasoning for migrating are:-

* Consistent platform across whole environment
Which leads to
* Single cache of repository rather than one for ubuntu, one for debian
* More up to date kernel and packages
* Shorter time between releases
* Will be same as I deploy to customers, so makes supporting them easier.
