We had installed SUSE as the supported platform for Oracle 10 and it was
blowing up every day or so. The suse/oracle fix: reboot the machine
at midnight - the system is 24x7 :-(

We moved to another distro and never looked back.

IMHO SUSE support is a joke and most definitely not worth *any* money.
