Subject: [Hampshire] Creating Archives in Nautilus
Hi all,

On Ubuntu Edgy, I currently create archives using the Archive Manager
(Applications>Accessories>Archive Manager)

Each time I add a folder (Edit>Add a Folder) I select 'Load Options' to
load an options file.

This identifies files to be excluded i.e. "*.log; *.cnf;"

This makes the archive quicker to create and smaller in size.

Is there a config file for Nautilus that I can edit so that these options
can be read when I right-click and select "Create Archive..." there?

I have found this page, which details a script to create the file
~/.archiver.conf :

http://g-scripts.sourceforge.net/cat-sysconfig.php

Is the .archive.conf file documented and is it what I am after?
