That looks like a warning or informational mail
sent by a daemon to root.

Is the host www an internal system?

I think your mail routing information might be
wrong, either in DNS or on the host www itself.
Postfix on www is trying to deliver mail to root
on your mailserver, but is seeing the public IP.

You may need to put a specific routing entry in
Postfix's transport table on www.
