You also said that they operate a "3 strikes and you're out" policy. But
you've not mentioned the other two.

To do that, you need to look at the *evidence*. You need to obtain the
mail that they insist was spam and dissect it to discover
- Why someone thought it might be spam
- Why someone thought it came from you.

So far, we've had no firm data. Such behaviour is completely consistent
with someone who's been caught with a zombied box...

*Every* ISP should have an inflexible attitude to spam. Some 80% of all
mail traffic is spam, according to an article I've just read. This costs
serious money to deal with - and those costs are passed on to you, me, and
most other Internet users. The only ones who don't pay are the spammers.

So if Pipex have claimed you've sent spam, then either defend yourself
with real, provable evidence - or sit back and take your medicine.
Complaining that they've misrepresented you will get you nowhere
whatsoever unless you can substantiate your claim that they've
misrepresented your actions.
