Hi all

This must be an easy one but the answer eludes me...

I'm trying to stream some media from the bbc website (http://www.bbc.co.uk/cricket) (using Ubuntu 6.06, gnome and Firefox). Click on one of the video links (audio seems to work fine) and I get a new window with all the widgets but then the widgets disappear and it (that window - not the whole thing) just hangs. Inside said new window is a link to "launch in standalone player". Click this link and RealPlayer fires up in another window and plays the multimedia no problem.

For my own education as much as for the saving of one all-important extra click, could someone tell me how to get it to fire up realplayer in the first instance? I think (something I did yesterday) that it's trying to play the media using Movie Player - but that's not capable of streaming in the BBC's format (which I think is .ram).

Things I've already tried:
1) Edit, Preferences and looked at the download tab. No application is associated with .ram
2) Clicking the preferences link inside the "BBC video player" and attempting to reconnect it to RealPlayer.
3) Googled around - can't find anything I've not tried

Cheers
Rob
