[Hampshire] Ubuntu.com meltdown

It would appear that Ubuntu 7.04 has been released, and the
ubuntu.com servers have melted under the rush. I was going to start
a bittorrent download to 'do my bit' to help share the load, but it
looks like even the tracker is not managing to cope.

I can wait. I have been running feisty for a little while now, but I
do like to have an up to date iso around.
