That doesn't look right to me.
How about you try removing the device and re-adding it, making careful
note to use the "right" usb port?
What "right" is I don't know, should be just usb:// I think. You didn't
say what distro you are using, but I know some recommend you don't
actually use the cups web admin tool, but their own printer control
panel.
