In my sources.list have:
deb
http://debian-multimedia.informatik.uni-erlangen.de/debian-multimedia/
etch main
deb-src
http://debian-multimedia.informatik.uni-erlangen.de/debian-multimedia/
etch main
You then need to do:
apt-get install debian-multimedia-keyring
apt-get update
You should have no problems after that.
