The one that annoys me is the Adobe Reader plugin for
Iceweasel/Firefox. It seems to work the FIRST time you use either
method (^C-^V or Highlight-MiddleButton) but after that nothing.

Unless that too will be fixed when I go to confirm it, in which case
it looks like we've found a really excellent way of fixing bugs...!
