Yes, I'm beginning to remember that tiddlywiki could run when opened
from a file: location in the browser, or something like that.

to install except the dokuwiki package (I've installed from the tar ball
as I tend to do with web based apps, not using aptitude). That already
has Apache2 and PHP installed though :)
