This looks like you've been bitted by the removal of GTK/GLIB 1.x in
Debian Lenny. The fact that pptpconfig uses php-gtk worries me slightly
and perhaps you should use something else!
NetworkManager sets up PPTP VPNs which is pretty much the recommended
method on the latest GNOMEs.
