Yeah, that was me.

Mike - your mail was bouncing in a particularly annoying way which
lead to mailman getting confused enough that it was forwarding the
bounces on to the list administrators for action.

Given that your mail was bouncing, there was no way to contact you, so
I disabled it on the assumption that if you cared, you'd be back.
I'll re-enable it shortly (assuming this reply doesn't bounce!)
