Just a quick, and I'm afraid pretty vague, mention of some kit that I'll
be getting rid of soon. It is vague for two reasons, 1) I've not
finalised what is going, and 2) I've not catalogued it all (and may not
do).
That said, I am having a clear out and have some old, and I do mean old,
kit that I'm clearing out. Things along the lines of:
o slot based Pentium motherboards, possibly with processors (233MHz)
o processors along the lines of K6-2/350 or K6-3/450
o PS/2 and serial mice, possibly keyboards
o ISA NIC (mainly DLink 220)
o PCI graphic cards (S3 Trio and Cirrus Logic)
o CDROM drives (4x to 52x)
o internal removable HD caddies (not suitable for ATA66 or above)
o old PCI hardware modems (probably 14.4 at best I suspect)
That's the sort of stuff, maybe some old HDs (below 1G), maybe an old
Mitsubishi 21" CRT monitor (very slight shadow at bottom left and
occaisionally blacks and recovers instantly) and likely a 15" CRT or
two.
If anyone is interested in anything of that ilk let me know. I'm working
hard to get it cleared ASAP, and plan a trip to Jamies as soon as I can
be sure I've managed to clear as much as I can :) Oh, there might be an
old RS6000 if I can't find a big enough space to keep it, and possible
an old Mac or two (Motorola or very early PPC).
As you can see I'm working partly from memory, partly guesswork, and on
the fly - oh, maybe an ATX case or two :)
