Virgin need to concentrate on their appalling customer services. I have never seen such incompetence like when ringing up to rearrange my installation due to their numerous cock-ups.

I live in the Reading West area of Reading (work in Basingstoke), but have not received a letter yet. I'd very much welcome an upgrade as 2Mb is getting a litle too slow for my impatience.
