These are indeed rare beasts these days. I had one until 4.5 years ago.
I gave it away when I moved to Aldershot. The same was done with my
Vt220 ( with Icelandic & Arabic Character sets)
I was at one time writing different language character sets for these
things when I worked at DEC in Reading.
I can't think of anywhere this side of the Pond that might have one.
I have to ask why do you need a VT102?
