Try VirtualBox, it's free and pretty good on Linux - you can run Win2K without
a problem. I believe you can run it the other way round perfectly well,
though I've not tried it myself.

If you want to spend money you can try VMWare.

CenotOS 5.1 runs fine in a VirtualBox VM on my Athlon 64 system at home, as
does Debian SID.
