Many ISP are moving to a data transfer per month way of pricing rather than
the bandwidth of the ADSL you have. Most ISP will offer upto 8mb and you
select a package based on your assumed monthly transfer rate.

I assumed you googled bethere, quite a bit of talk but nothing
downright "don't touch with a barge pole" type.

Newnet are offering a 24mb service, not sure how it compares to bethere (on
price) but as per the question of good ISP the other day, Newnet are not the
cheapest but have a good level of service.
