Your PCI IDs show your wireless is an Intel 4965 (iwl4965 driver),
device 04:00.0 0280: 8086:4229. I can't see any web-cam listed in the
PCI or USB IDs.

Which Novatech notebook is this? I've just bought a X20r (yes, the pink
one...) and the web-cam works on it, shows up as Bus 001 Device 002: ID
0402:5606 ALi Corp. (uvcvideo driver).
