A Single XP License would do all you want IF ( and its a big IF) you
don't validate it with Microsoft. I would also put a block on outgoing
connections to any Microsoft IP address just in case something phones
home, or just don't connect to the Internet.
I use one of my XP (legit btw) License keys for 'trial build systems'.
If all is ok with the trial then I can usually drop everything and then
build the system using the 'real' XP key, validate it and carry on.
