Nope, we've played a little with it for eval purposes, my colleague
said he wasn't very impressed though. Part of that at least is that
the free variant is pretty crippled.

IIRC it's Java based (running on tomcat?) So you could try bumping the
log level (if it's log4j) or failing that, try strace()ing it to see
what's happening (or not).
