My thoughts: Why bother? The PS3 has quite a nice interface
already, and if I want to play around with Linux, then I've
already got plenty of PCs to do it on.
What I am playing around with at the moment is getting MediaTomb
(UPNP media streaming server) to serve music/video to my PS3
from Linux. Works really well (my recent question about downloading
RSS content was tied in with this).
Next on my list - getting remote play working from my PSP to
my PS3 through my OpenBSD firewall.
